We are called to pray. So often we can treat prayer as an after thought or simply as a routine spiritual practice. However, when we pray we have the gift of being able to speak to God Almighty. Moreover, not only do we pray to God, others pray for us. In our scripture for today we see Jesus, in the Garden of Gethsemane before his arrest, trial, and crucifixion, praying for us to the Father.
