Thursday With Friends | Hearth Health and Summertime Wellness

Join us on April 25th at 10 am in the Fireside Room for Thursday With Friends! We’ll welcome Candi Purkey from Brookdale Senior Living who will be speaking to us about ways to maintain a healthy heart as we age and useful ways to ensure proper hydration during the hottest parts of the Alabama summer.

An optional meal will be offered afterwards for $7, but the program is free. Either way, we ask you to register so we can ensure we have enough materials. Link below.
